Un** BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER- CANNED FOODS( RETAIL) **juega un papel crítico en impulsar el crecimiento y expandir las oportunidades comerciales dentro del sector de conservas en Francia.
Esta posición combina conocimientos empresariales con experiência técnica para identificar y perseguir nuevas oportunidades comerciales, desarrollar asociaciones estratégicas, optimizar flujos de ingresos y liderar iniciativas de entrada al mercado.
Como **BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER- CANNED FOODS( RETAIL)** colaborarás estrechamente con equipos interfuncionales, incluyendo ventas, marketing y desarrollo de productos, para lograr los objetivos de la empresa, maximizar la penetración en el mercado y establecer con éxito nuestra presencia en nuevos mercados.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Identificar y evaluar oportunidades comerciales potenciales dentro del sector de conservas en Francia, incluyendo nuevos mercados, productos y asociaciones.
- Realizar investigaciones y análisis de mercado para identificar las necesidades de los clientes, las tendencias y el panorama competitivo específico de la industria de conservas en Francia.
- Desarrollar e implementar planes de negocios estratégicos para impulsar el crecimiento, aumentar la cuota de mercado y abrir con éxito nuevos mercados dentro del mercado francés de conservas.
- Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con actores clave, incluyendo socios minoristas y proveedores de la industria en Francia.
- Colaborar con el equipo de ventas para crear propuestas convincentes, presentar nuevos productos o servicios de conservas y negociar contratos dentro del mercado francés.
- Monitorear y analizar el rendimiento de ventas, las tendencias del mercado y los comentarios de los clientes para identificar áreas de mejora y hacer recomendaciones basadas en datos específicas del sector de conservas en Francia.
- Mantenerse actualizado sobre los desarrollos de la industria, las tecnologías emergentes y las mejores prácticas minoristas para impulsar la innovación y mantener una ventaja competitiva en el mercado francés.
- Proporcionar informes y presentaciones periódicas a la alta dirección sobre las actividades de desarrollo de negocios, los logros y los desafíos dentro del sector de conservas en Francia.
**Requisitos**:
- Licenciatura en administración de empresas, marketing o un campo relacionado. Máster de especialización.
- Experiência comprobada en desarrollo de negocios o roles de ventas dentro del sector de conservas, preferiblemente en Francia.
- Fuerte comprensión de la dinámica del mercado de conservas, las tendencias y los desafíos en Francia.
- Excelentes habilidades analíticas y resolución de problemas, con la capacidad de convertir datos en ideas prácticas para el mercado francés.
- Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación e interpersonales para construir y mantener relaciones efectivas con diversos actores en Francia.
- Dominio avanzado del inglés y francés es requerido. El dominio del español es muy valorado.
- Auto motivado y orientado a resultados, con habilidades demostradas para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo.
- Dominio en el uso de software de CRM y otras herramientas de desarrollo de negocios.
- Disposición para viajar dentro de Francia según sea necesario para reunirse con clientes, asistir a eventos de la industria, explorar nuevas oportunidades comerciales y facilitar iniciativas de entrada al mercado.
