En tant que VP Customer Success, vous serez responsable de l?interface entre les équipes commerciales, techniques et relation client pour un logiciel de scanning du sol utilisé dans le secteur de la défense. Vous devrez assurer le respect des aspects techniques du contrat, vérifier que toutes les solutions sont conformes aux normes et garantir la satisfaction des clients. Ce poste implique une collaboration étroite avec les équipes internes pour la gestion des projets.
Vous avez un excellent relationnel, un sens aigu de la rigueur, et savez coordonner plusieurs équipes.
Vous avez une expérience confirmée en customer success, idéalement dans des environnements techniques complexes. Vous parlez couramment anglais et êtes capable de travailler dans un contexte de défense, avec une habilitation Secret Défense (ou possibilité d'être habilité). Vous avez un excellent relationnel, un sens aigu de la rigueur, et savez coordonner plusieurs équipes.
