**Description du poste**:
Nous recherchons un Talent Acquisition Manager expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe dans le cadre d'une mission RPO. Le/la Talent Acquisition Manager sera responsable de la gestion du processus de recrutement pour le compte de notre client, en utilisant des techniques avancées de sourcing et de sélection pour identifier et attirer les meilleurs talents.

**Responsabilités**:

- Collaborer avec le client pour comprendre ses besoins en recrutement et définir les profils de poste, y compris participer à des points hebdomadaires en comité de direction.
- Gérer l'ensemble du processus de recrutement, de la publication des offres d'emploi à la négociation des offres.

**Profil recherché**:

- Expérience avérée en tant que Talent Acquisition Manager, idéalement dans un environnement RPO.
- Connaissance des métiers et spécificités liés au secteur de l'intérim
- Excellente connaissance des techniques de sourcing et des outils de recrutement digitaux.
- Compétences en communication et en négociation.
- Autonomie, proactivité et capacité à gérer plusieurs missions simultanément.
