Un poste de **HR Business Partner (h/f **) vient de s'ouvrir au sein d’ **Airbus Defence & Space **à **Elancourt (78) **. Vous rejoindrez le département Ressources Humaines.

Rattaché(e) à l'équipe RH du Site, vous assurez la mission de Responsable Ressources Humaines.

Véritable Business Partner, vous êtes l'interlocuteur privilégié sur votre périmètre pour toutes questions RH, vous accompagnez et conseillez les managers dans le pilotage de leurs équipes au quotidien.
Compte tenu de l’environnement international du Groupe, une bonne maîtrise de l’anglais est nécessaire.

A deux pas du Château de Versailles et située à proximité de Paris, Elancourt est une ville dynamique, faisant partie de l'agglomération de Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines. La ville propose diverses activités culturelles et de plein air grâce à un riche réseau d'associations. Plusieurs options sont disponibles pour se rendre sur le site d'Airbus par les transports en commun.

**Tâches et responsabilités**:
Vous serez responsable des activités principales suivantes:

- Mise en œuvre les politiques et processus RH : pilotage du plan de recrutement, de la revue de salaires et de performance, de la gestion des compétences...
- Accompagnement et conseil auprès du management : gestion des effectifs en lien avec le plan de charge défini, évolution des compétences, motivation des équipes, situations individuelles avec le support des juristes...
- Support aux projets d'amélioration RH
- Conseil auprès des salariés en matière de développement de carrière, formation, mobilité interne
- Garant d'un bon climat social.

Compétences requises

De formation supérieure en Ressources Humaines, vous bénéficiez d'une expérience significative **de 5 ans minimum dans une fonction RH **généraliste dans un environnement industriel et à dimension internationale.

Doté d'un excellent relationnel, votre qualité d'écoute, votre adaptabilité et votre agilité situationnelle font de vous un vrai partenaire au quotidien pour les opérationnels et pour les collaborateurs.

Une très bonne maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office, spécifiquement Excel (formules, TCD nécessaires pour le suivi des effectifs et diverses analyses), ainsi que la connaissance de Workday et de la convention collective de la métallurgie sont un plus.
