Conscients des enjeux énormes et de l’urgence d’agir (Entre 5 à 9 millions de passoires thermiques en France), l’équipe isglö veut accompagner les ménages vers des logements plus économes, plus confortables et plus durables en leur proposant un service unique d’accompagnement allant de l’audit énergétique, de la prise en charge des aides/financements, de la réalisation des travaux et de l’accompagnement/entretien de la maison une fois rénovée.

Isglö c’est donc LE service de rénovation énergétique globale et performante qui conseil et simplifie la vie de toutes celles et ceux qui souhaitent réduire leur consommation et leur facture d’énergie et agir durablement en faveur du réchauffement climatique.

**LE POSTE**

**RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Comprendre la valeur d’isglö, le profil de nos clients et leurs besoins.
- Gérer les leads entrants via le CRM Hubspot.
- Qualifier ces leads, identifier le besoin et transformer ce lead en rendez-vous auprès de nos technico-commerciaux.
- Communiquer régulièrement avec les équipes Marketing pour adapter les campagnes de communication en fonction des objectifs de vente.

**Skill-set**

Une première expérience avec une cible B2C est un plus
Bonnes notions la rénovation énergétique
Tu connais les outils digitaux : CRM & Hubspot

**Mindset**

Tu n’as pas peur de décrocher ton téléphone
Tu es curieux(se) et tu t'intéresses aux profils et aux attentes de tes interlocuteurs
Ta pugnacité te permet de trouver des solutions
Tu es orienté(e) résultat et business driven
