EFICIA, startup innovante récemment acquise par HAGER GROUP, est à la recherche de son HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) pour un Contrat à Durée Indéterminée sur son site de Paris dans le 17ème arrondissement.

**Vos missions**:
En tant que HR Business Partner (HRBP), vous accompagnerez l’intégration de EFICIA au groupe. Véritable partenaire stratégique pour les managers et les collaborateurs, vous veillerez à leur développement pour soutenir la croissance de EFICIA. Ce poste sera amené à prendre de l’envergure en fonction de l’évolution des besoins de la start up et du groupe.
Vos principales responsabilités incluront:
- Conseiller et accompagner les managers dans la gestion de leurs équipes.
- Soutenir l'intégration culturelle entre la startup et l'entreprise familiale et accompagner l’ensemble des collaborateurs et managers dans cette évolution.
- Être le trait d’union au sein de la fonction RH entre la start up et le groupe.
- Décliner la stratégie RH sur le terrain, en lien avec les objectifs business. Conduire les projets RH en collaboration avec les différentes parties prenantes.
- Identifier les besoins en recrutement et gérer le processus de recrutement.
- Veiller au respect des processus RH annuels, ainsi qu’à la conformité légale et réglementaire des pratiques RH.
- Gérer et animer les Instances Représentatives du Personnel en local (organisation des élections professionnelles, préparation et tenue des CSE, etc.).
- Assurer le suivi et l’analyse des indicateurs RH (turnover, satisfaction des employés...).
- Mettre en place, gérer et suivre le plan de formation.
- Préparer le processus annuel de planification budgétaire des RH, incluant le budget de développement du personnel et de recrutement.
**Votre profil**:
Vous êtes diplômé.e en Ressources Humaines (Bac +5) et bénéficiez de 5 ans d'expérience minimum en tant que HRBP, idéalement dans une PME ou dans une entreprise en transformation.
Vous faites preuve de proactivité et d’autonomie. Vous savez démontrer de l’assertivité, de la résilience et du leadership.
Vous êtes doté.e d’excellentes compétences en communication, en relations interpersonnelles et d’une capacité éprouvée à travailler dans un environnement très dynamique et en constante évolution.
Vous êtes reconnu.e pour votre capacité à inspirer confiance et à motiver les équipes. Vous êtes flexible et savez vous adapter face aux changements.
Vous avez de solides connaissances en droit du travail et en gestion des ressources humaines. Vous savez gérer plusieurs projets simultanément et hiérarchiser les priorités. Vous avez un esprit analytique et de fortes compétences en résolution de problèmes.
Vous pratiquez l'anglais de manière professionnelle et opérationnelle (écrit et oral).
