BU of Nidec, Nidec Power is looking for a Services Sales Engineer to join its Netherlands Region. The Netherlands develop sales and manage the operations of Alternator Services & Solutions contracts for customers in The Netherlands.
What are you going to do?
You will oversee sell services, machine replacement or workshop services but also our solutions such as Automatic Voltage Regulators (AVR) & the digital maintenance monitoring system and other equipment necessary for the implementation of solutions.
You will also get involved with after-sales cases as when required. This will involve liaising with the customers and the service department to ensure a swift resolution of the issues.
You will establish and maintain a commercial relationship with customers already identified and service or solution partners (service center, solutions integrator,...).
You will also have to develop a strategy to achieve your order objectives and develop new markets based on the EPGE Services strategy.
You will put proposals together with the Service Operations organization. You will check each proposals profit according to the instructions and will comply with the delegation of authority and the risk review instruction at the bid level.
You will coordinate the internal teams for perfect execution of the Services projects (for under or post-warranty) complying with cost, time, scope of supply and profitability objectives, to ensure a good customer satisfaction.
You will coordinate with the sales administration team for the proper completion of order acknowledgments, validation of internal orders for spare parts or repairs, on-site logistics, and project invoicing.
You will organize our technicians or external service providers on-site work (travel, specification of the tasks to be performed for each project, etc.).

Who are we looking for?
- You have a Bachelor of Science (or equivalent), and you have 3-year experience in Industrial services and 5-year experience in commercial positions.
- You have a great electro-technical understanding and have a knowledge of Industrial electronics or software.
- You know how to work within a European organization, have disciplined communication internally and externally, important listening capabilities to understand customer needs and you are strong in negotiation.
- Your Dutch and English are fluent and you are ready to travel (25% of the working time, in The Netherlands and France).
