We are currently looking for an **intern **to join our team **Faculty Administration **in the **Faculty **department at our **Fontainebleau **campus. This is a temporary, ideally 6 months, internship-contract.
**The main tasks of the intern are**:
- Provide general administrative support to the Faculty Administration department.
- Undertake tasks related to the implementation of the Faculty's new implementation system, as well as other IT-related projects.
- Data checking for the Faculty Information System.
- Ad hoc administrative tasks within the Faculty Administration Department.
- Bachelor studies, Licence or similar studies.
- Comfortable with administrative tasks.
- Well organized and attentive to details.
- Multitasking and flexibility.
- Culturally sensitive and comfortable working in a multicultural international environment.

Nous recherchons actuellement un **stagiaire **(F/H) pour rejoindre notre équipe **Faculty Admistration **au sein du département **Faculty **sur notre campus de **Fontainebleau, **idéalement pour une durée de 6 mois idéalement.
Le stagiaire sera chargé de fournir un soutien administratif général au sein du service administratif de la faculté et se concentrera sur les tâches liées à la mise en œuvre du nouveau système d'implémentation de la faculté, ainsi que sur d'autres projets liés aux technologies de l'information.
**Les principales tâches du stagiaire sont**:
- Fournir un soutien administratif général le département Faculty Admnistration.
- Entreprendre des tâches liées à la mise en œuvre du nouveau système d'implémentation de la faculté, ainsi que d'autres projets liés aux technologies de l'information.
- Vérification des données pour le système d'information de la faculté.
- Tâches administratives ad hoc au sein du département d'administration de la faculté.
- Suivre un cursus Bachelor/Licence ou des études similaires.
- A l’aise avec les tâches administratives.
- Organisé(e) et attentif(ve) aux détails.
- Esprit d’équipe.
- Multitâche et flexibilité.
- Conscience culturelle et aisance à travailler dans un environnement multiculturel.
- Un bon niveau d’anglais est un atout.
