Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un Apprenti pour rejoindre l’équipe INSEAD Publishing en tant que Case Publishing Assistant. Basé sur notre campus Europe à Fontainebleau, le poste est situé au sein de notre département Research Administration.

Le titulaire du poste fournira un soutien opérationnel au Directeur associé de l’INSEAD Publishing, en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe Publishing. La méthode du cas est un pilier de l’enseignement dans l’éducation aux affaires. Les études de cas publiées par l’INSEAD sont largement utilisées dans les classes des écoles de commerce du monde entier. Avec plus de 2500 cas publiés couvrant divers sujets tels que la stratégie, le marketing, la finance, la responsabilité et l’entrepreneuriat, notre corps professoral et notre personnel de recherche ont apporté des contributions importantes à la formation en gestion à travers le monde.

**Les principales tâches de l’apprenti comprendront**:

- Gérer la publication de documents supplémentaires liés aux cas (vidéos, diapositives, etc.).
- Contribuer à la communication interne sur les nouvelles études de cas (contribution aux bulletins destinés au personnel et aux étudiants).
- Formatage des études de cas.
- Aider à la saisie des métadonnées dans notre base de données.
- Aider l’administrateur de cas à organiser des concours de cas (d’août à novembre de chaque année).
- Assurer le suivi auprès des auteurs des études de cas non publiées pour les mener à terme.
- Organisation d’événements (Case Awards, Case World Teaching Day, etc.).
- Gérer le transfert de la collection à un nouveau distributeur de caisses.

Profil recherché
- Idéalement, vous commencerez en septembre 2023 avec un Bachelor/Licence Professionnelle ou un Master.
- Excellent niveau d’anglais et de français, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral.
- Bien organisé et attentif aux détails.
- Excellent esprit d’équipe.
- Autonomie et collaboration.
- Multitâche et souplesse.
- Sensibilité culturelle et aisance à travailler dans un environnement international multiculturel.
