**What You'll Do**
- Work closely with the Country Manager to build, adjust and Execute the Go To Market Strategy to expand market penetration as fast as possible with best in class sales efficiency
- Responsible for building and growing your own book of business, selling to our top Named Accounts List and cross-selling through our multi product suite
- You will engage your existing network from day 1 to build a strategic pipeline to whom you will deliver unmatched valuable solutions
- You will work closely and be supported both by the Country Manager and an innovative local Growth outbound Marketing strategy
- Achieving or exceeding individual quota bringing in new clients to Impact
- Prior experience driving sales and business development in the affiliate marketing industry is essential
- Manage complete and complex sales-cycles presenting to C-level executives the innovative and unmatched value of our Social Commerce Partnerships solutions
- Work in Tag Teams with local Customer Success Manager, Publisher Development Manager and Solutions Architects to provide best in class pre-sales & post sales customer experience across 3 our 3 products (Creator, Performance & Advocate)
- Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, while creating best in class pre-sales and post-sales customer experience in a Land & Expand fashion

**What you'll have**
- Affiliate Marketing sales & business development experience and an extensive network to activate
- Ability to reach and develop relationships with C-level executives in selling transformational projects
- Understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem landscape across all channels.
- Track record of success in carrying a quota, closing large accounts
- Successful history of net direct new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets
- Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions
- Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles
- demonstrated ownership of all aspects of territory management
- Must work well in a team selling environment
- Ability to travel
- Fluent French and professional level English
- Ideal working location at Morning Trévise co-working space (9ème)

**Must Have**:

- Experience in affiliate, partner, or performance marketing

**Preferred but not essential**:

- Experience selling B2B SaaS
- Influencer Marketing
