As part of our ambitious growth strategy, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven **Business Development Manager** to lead the expansion of our SaaS solutions in the Italian region, with a strong focus on Italian Enterprise Accounts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the **entire sales cycle** from prospecting to closing, ensuring sustainable revenue growth in the Italian region.
- ** Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy** to penetrate the Italian market, leveraging your deep knowledge of local business practices and market needs.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target industries, aligning client needs with Flowie’s SaaS offerings.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet the specific requirements of Italian-speaking customers.
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets through effective pipeline management and strategic sales planning.

**Requirements**:

- Min 5 years of experience in sales
- Proven experience in **SaaS sales** with a strong understanding of the **entire sales process**, from initial outreach to final negotiations and closing deals.
- Proficiency in sales methodologies such as **SPICED, MEDDIC, SPIN,** or **Challenger Sale**.
- Ability to identify and target growth opportunities, leveraging your strong business development skills.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound and inbound activities.
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline to meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies.
- ** English and Italian languages **required
- Based in **Paris, France** or **Italy**, with the ability to travel within the region as required.
- Nice to have: Experience in Procurement and Finance sectors.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-driven and self-motivated.
