Dans le cadre de notre développement, nos agences recrutent un « Media Account Manager » H/F pour un démarrage ASAP.

**Missions**:
Intégré(e) au sein des équipes Conseil pour le compte de différents clients (tous types de secteurs possibles), vos principales missions seront les suivantes :Intégré(e) au sein des équipes Conseil pour le compte de différents clients (tous types de secteurs possibles), vos principales missions seront les suivantes:
- Collaborer à la création des stratégies media on et off line sur la base du brief client (stratégie globale et stratégie d’investissement sur les différents media)
- Argumenter les recommandations média présentées au client et participer aux présentations (français-anglais)
- Effectuer des analyses de concurrence qualitatives et quantitatives (suivi des investissements media et de la stratégie de communication)
- Coordonner et contrôler la gestion des relations avec les experts médias en interne en local mais également avec les Hub Européens et globaux
- Contribuer au développement d’outils de reporting: dashboard, analyse, études
- Etablir des bilans de campagne et d’analyse des performances (reporting)
- Assurer la coordination des prestations auprès du client : work list pour le suivi des actions
- Être garant de la qualité des livrables client au quotidien (la satisfaction fait partie de la fidélisation client)
- Aller à la rencontre de nos partenaires régies et être force de proposition sur des dispositifs innovants.
- Responsable de la mise à jour et des suivis de l’activité commerciale : suivi des EB, Pos et devis
**Nous recherchons le talent qui répondra au profil et compétences suivantes**:
- De formation supérieure Bac +4/5 avec une spécialisation Marketing/Communication, vous justifiez déjà d’une expérience significative (au moins 5 ans) et similaire en agence media ou chez l’annonceur
- Doté(e) d’un sens aigu du service client, vous possédez de bonnes capacités d’écoute, d’analyse et de synthèse
- Organisé et rigoureux, vous savez également sortir de vos zones de confort pour laisser libre court à une certaine créativité
- L’autonomie et la proactivité font partie de vos qualités et vous savez également respecter les règles (reporting N+1, règlement intérieur...)
- Curiosité, rigueur, adaptabilité constituent les principales clés de réussite à cette fonction dans un environnement stimulant et au sein d’une équipe quid aura vous faire de la place
- Enfin, un niveau d’anglais courant est exigé
