The&Partnership est une agence de publicité fondée sur l'alliance d'expertises diversifiées. En France, l'agence allie création et media pour élaborer toutes les publicités d'un acteur majeur du secteur de l'automobile.

Au sein de cette équipe, l’ Account Manager CRM/Digital  (F/H) est le chef d’orchestre des campagnes CRM et du programme d’engagement de la marque dont il est chargé. Il/Elle est en charge de la coordination avec les équipes Wunderman, du brief des équipes créatives, de la restitution aux clients ainsi que du suivi de l’équipe de production de contenus digitaux.

VOS MISSIONS :  

Conseil et coordination

Elabore et participe aux réflexions en amont pour déterminer les contenus des Newsletters en se nourrissant de l’ensemble des communications de la marque (élaborés par le reste des équipes de l’agence) Réalisation et suivi de la réalisation des livrables (suivi de la stratégie CRM, prise de brief client et échanges avec l'équipe CRM, brief création pour les mailings et emailings, notes de présentation création, suivi des allers retours clients et création, partage et validations internes) Accompagnement réflexion (piges et benchmarks, campagnes en développement, sujets en proaction) Elabore les recommandations et participe à la vente des créations Garant du suivi budgétaire et financier sur ses sujets

Typologie de projets

Réflexion sur le programme d’engagement de la marque avec notre partenaire, élaboration des supports correspondants, Newsletter de la marque, Emailings et Mailings produits et Après-Vente.

Potentielle participation à d’autres projets éditoriaux pour d’autres comptes (type brand content)

PROFIL :

Bac+5 / Grande Ecole de Commerce, IEP ou Formation Multimédia. Vous possédez un attrait pour la rédaction, l’approche éditoriale, le storytelling. Vous êtes dynamique, autonome, curieux(se), motivé(e), organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et possédez un réel sens du contact. Le poste demande une parfaite maîtrise de l’Anglais. Vous bénéficiez de 3/4 ans d’expérience en agence de communication digitale/CRM/brand content.

Ce poste, basé à Neuilly-sur-Seine, est à pourvoir en CDI dès que possible.
