The Brand Collector is aware of environmental issues and the impact of current consumption patterns, and aims to offer a more responsible and accessible alternative to the coveted world of luxury. Vos missions In collaboration with your team partner and two interns, your goal is to respond to client requests, build customer loyalty, and increase revenue. Manage an existing portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the portfolio. Qualify inbound leads and prospect new accounts (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, etc.). Identify prospects’ needs, present tailored solutions, and book meetings for the sales team. Handle daily customer relations (order follow-up, specific needs, customer care). Find solutions that meet customer expectations while aligning with the company’s objectives. Maintain HubSpot CRM with all lead, opportunity, order, and meeting data. Participate in weekly reporting with the sales team. Support continuous improvement of sales processes and share best practices. Vos compétences Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to quickly build trust and persuade. Strong negotiation skills. Strong hunter mindset, resilience, and results-oriented approach. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively. Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus). Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, French and Italian. Team player, versatile, and motivated by challenges.
