In this role, you will be pivotal in driving revenue growth and encouraging enduring client relationships and applying innovative technology that redefines customer engagement.As a Strategic Account Executive MuleSoft, you will partner with FSI companies to uncover and drive complex digital transformation strategies. In this role you will be working directly with C-level executives and partnering with an account team to drive customer business objectives and outcomes.Day to DayOur MuleSoft Account Executives engage with existing customers and new leads. They develop strong, positive, trusted relationships with both key stakeholders and c-suite decision makers within their patch, and help customers realize value from their Salesforce investments. You will use your skills to develop opportunities, through both warm leads and whitespace prospecting.Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accountsAssist with the development and execution of overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectivesCoordinate internal resources to meet customer business needsAssist with account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignmentShare both MuleSoft and Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customersDrive growth within new and existing, assigned accountsPreferred QualificationsSignificant full cycle sales experience with a proven track record of successExperience in selling technical platforms preferredIntegration / API Market AwarenessManagement of large key account(s) within assigned Industry (e.g. FSI)Ability to strategize with a large extended teamBenefits & PerksCheck out our benefits site which explains our various benefits, including well-being reimbursement, generous parental leave, adoption assistance, fertility benefits, and more. #J-18808-Ljbffr
