Notre partenaire offre une plateforme web & mobile qui permet aux utilisateurs d'acheter, de vendre et de stocker des cryptomonnaies avec une approche by design et compliance first. Avec plus de 50 000 utilisateurs et plusieurs acteurs privés de renommés comme clients, cette société est en pleine croissance. Depuis le début, aucun leviers d'acquisition n'a été utilisé et pourtant, ils sont déjà sur le chemin de la rentabilité. Le taux d'activation des clients est de 60%.
En cours de finalisation de leur levée de fonds, ils recherchent ainsi leur premier Head Of Growth pour faire passer leur produit à une nouvelle étape.
Missions- Construire la roadmap d'optimisations basées sur des recommandations stratégiques ou des analyses de données quantitatives et qualitatives. Vous expérimenterez et travaillerez sur tous les leviers Marketing et Growth pour ramener de nouveaux clients en B2C & en B2B.
- Développer la partie partenariats et closer des deals pour promouvoir l'application et son nouveau produit B2B "Flow".
- Aider à structurer et enrichir le CRM pour optimiser les actions marketing et commerciales.
- 4 années minimum d'expérience en tant que Marketing / Sales avec un track record éprouvé. Une expérience en B2C est primordiale pour ce poste. Expérience Fintech, Web3 sur app mobile et B2B est très apprécié.
- Capacité et volonté de travailler dans un environnement agile en startup, vous serez intégré au board et travaillerez main dans la main avec le CEO.
- Connaissance et appétence Web3 nécessaire.
- L'opportunité de rejoindre une startup en pleine expansion sur la voie de la rentabilité en tant que 1er Head Of et donc une liberté presque totale sur le pilotage de la croissance.
- Un écosystème web3 solide avec de nombreux partenaires pour vous aider à atteindre vos objectifs.
- Un salaire attractif de 50k à 60k avec 3% d'equity et une extension possible post levée de 2%.
Le poste est ouvert en remote avec un déplacement par semaine à Metz.
