We are looking for a driven, experienced, and dedicated Regional Account Manager with a desire to succeedAre you interested in further expanding our lighting business as a “Regional Account Manager”?Then you might be the person we are looking forWho are you?Job Context:Member of the local Opple Europe teamReports directly to the Head of Sales EuropeWorks closely with other account managers in the regionYour profile:Strong tactical and operational skillsCustomer-focused with a passion for excellent customer servicePractical, hands-on mentalityClear verbal communication, including empathy and concisenessPersuasive sales skills and influential abilityProfessional presentation, even under pressureExperience with Salesforce is preferredExperience with ERP systems, preferably SAP Sales & Distribution moduleB2B sales experience in lighting, building materials, or industrial sectorsProficiency in Microsoft Office programs like Excel and WordExperience working with warehousing and distribution partners (3PL)Fluent in English and FrenchPersonal Attributes:Result-oriented with a drive to over-achievePolished, analytical, and engaging with excellent interpersonal skillsHunter mentalityEnergetic and determinedSelf-starter with a strong desire to succeedHigh energy and enthusiasmAbility to execute plans effectivelyYour responsibilities:Implement the commercial policy for the professional lighting channelExpand coverage in the assigned regionAcquire wholesale customers in the regionDrive continuous business performance improvementsAchieve top-line pricing and bottom-line targets set by the sales leadershipCollaborate on business expansion strategiesMaintain long-term customer relationshipsManage distribution channelsGather market intelligence and communicate findings to marketingMeet targets and budgetsCoordinate internal relationships across channels and departmentsProvide market feedback and insightsWho are we?We are a leading global lighting company active in over 70 countries.
