We are seeking a driven, experienced, and dedicated Regional Account Manager with a strong desire to succeed Are you interested in expanding our lighting business as a “Regional Account Manager”? If so, you might be the ideal candidate for us Who are you? Job Context Member of the local Opple Europe team Reports directly to the Head of Sales Europe Collaborates closely with other account managers in the region Your profile: Strong tactical and operational skills Customer-focused with a passion for excellent customer service Practical, hands-on mentality Excellent verbal communication skills, including empathy and clarity Persuasive sales skills with the ability to influence Professional presentation skills, even under pressure Experience with Salesforce is preferred Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP Sales & Distribution module B2B sales experience in lighting, building materials, or industrial sectors Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office programs like Excel and Word Experience working with internal or external warehousing & distribution partners (3PL) Fluent in English and French Personal Attributes Result-oriented with a drive to over-achieve Polished, analytical, and engaging with excellent interpersonal skills Hunter mentality Energetic and determined Self-starter with a strong desire to succeed High energy and enthusiasm Ability to execute plans effectively Your responsibilities: Implement the commercial policy for the professional lighting channel Expand coverage in the assigned region Acquire wholesale customers within the region Drive continuous business performance improvements Achieve set top-line pricing and bottom-line targets Develop business expansion strategies with the head of sales Build and maintain long-term customer relationships Manage distribution channels effectively Collect and analyze market data, collaborate with marketing Meet sales targets and budgets Coordinate internal relationships across channels and departments Gather local market insights and feedback through Market Intelligence and Marketing functions Who are we?
