We are looking for a driven, experienced, and dedicated Regional Account Manager with a desire to succeed Are you interested in further expanding our lighting business as a “Regional Account Manager”? Then you might be the person we are looking for Who are you? Job Context Member of the local Opple Europe team Reports directly to the Head of Sales Europe Works closely with other account managers in the region Your profile: Strong tactical and operational skills Customer-focused with a passion for excellent customer service Practical, hands-on mentality Clear verbal communication skills, including empathy and conciseness Persuasive sales skills and influencing ability Professional presentation, even under pressure Experience with Salesforce is a plus Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP Sales & Distribution module B2B sales experience in the lighting, building materials, or industrial sector Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office programs like Excel and Word Experience working with warehousing and distribution partners (3PL) Fluent in English and French Personal Attributes Result-oriented with a drive to over-achieve Polished, analytical, engaging with excellent interpersonal skills Hunter mentality Energetic and determined Self-starter with a strong desire to succeed High energy and enthusiasm Ability to execute plans effectively Your responsibilities: Implement the commercial policy for the professional lighting channel Expand coverage in the assigned region Acquire wholesale customers in the region Drive continuous business performance improvements Achieve top-line pricing and bottom-line targets set by the sales leadership Develop a business case for regional expansion in collaboration with the sales team Maintain long-term customer relationships Manage distribution channels Collect and analyze market data and coordinate with the marketing team Meet sales targets and budgets Foster internal relationships across channels and departments Gather local market insights through Market Intelligence and Marketing functions Who are we?
