Job Overview Join Kahoot – one of the world's fastest growing SaaS companies and become a key player in our commercial team. As a (Senior) Account Executive, you will be one of our first commercial hires based in France, focused on selling to large enterprise-sized companies (2000+ employees). The role reports to the Manager, Industry Sales and is based in Paris. Responsibilities Lead a solution- and value-based sales process from prospecting to closing large/enterprise corporate accounts in France. Build new business, with some upsell and cross‑sell. Develop and execute strategic plans to support world-leading companies within the assigned region. Build and maintain a strong pipeline that drives quarterly revenue growth. Manage and communicate with C‑level stakeholders to align with client business goals and deliver high‑value solutions. Serve as subject‑matter expert in presenting the value of Kahoot at Work suite. Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Pre‑sales and other commercial teams to ensure high‑value outcomes for customers. Utilise HubSpot (CRM) to manage all account activity, including accurate quotations, activities, opportunities and leads. Requirements 5+ years experience in value-based new sales closing roles within the SaaS industry, dealing with large and enterprise‑sized clients in France. Proven track record of building net new business and managing the deal cycle from prospecting to closing. Strong business acumen with the ability to be strategic and hands‑on. Excellent negotiation skills and ability to engage customers in strategic dialogue. Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management skills, fostering trust and long‑term partnerships. Ambitious, self‑driven, adaptable, with a growth mindset and ability to thrive in dynamic, fast‑paced environments. Fluent in French and English (verbal and written).
