About the B2B Team The B2B team’s mission is to develop and grow Joko’s merchant network, and available offers. The B2B team is divided between our three business lines at Joko: Online, Card-Linked, and Gift Cards. Online: Account Managers manage the portfolio of e‑commerce partners directly with e‑merchants or through our relationship with affiliate marketing platforms. Card‑Linked: Sales team signs Enterprise deals with top‑tier retailers with physical stores, and Account Managers grow long‑lasting partnerships. Gift Cards: Account Managers manage the portfolio of brands and retailers, through relations with providers and in direct relationships with merchants. What you will do Account Management Lead (Online) – play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our Online Business. Lead a team of Account Managers to enhance our e‑commerce portfolio, develop new business opportunities, and manage key projects that support our strategic objectives. You will collaborate with Marketing, Business Operations, Product, Data, and Tech teams to sustain momentum and expand our market presence. Responsibilities Team leadership: Hire, train, and manage a high‑performing team of Account Managers. Business strategy: Optimize Online Business alignment with company goals and oversee a diverse portfolio of 3,000+ partners. Commercial: Negotiate competitive deals and special offers with brand partners. Leverage Joko's features like BNPL and coupons to create new business opportunities. Performance tracking: Collaborate with Marketing and Data to monitor partnership performance and analyze market trends. Relationship management: Build strong relationships with partners through regular events and meetings. Support international expansion, starting with the US using French partnerships. Process improvement: Work with Product and BizOps to build solid foundations, improve processes, and design commercial and onboarding strategy. Marketing collaboration: Establish a robust communication roadmap to reach users with top brands. Who we're looking for Preferred experience: at least 5–7 years in business roles (client‑facing roles in a startup or tech industry, finance or consulting); management experience is a plus. Education: Graduated from a top‑tier business or engineering school. Entrepreneurial Spirit: Passion for starting from scratch, embracing challenges, being hands‑on, ambitious, and an effective problem‑solver. Independence: Autonomous project management from inception to completion, setting and exceeding high standards. Business sense: Quick grasp of people's needs, surpass goals, and close deals. Analytical skills: Love analyzing data and making informed decisions. Energy: Thrive on connecting with new people, active listening, crafting solutions. Efficiency: Proficiency with productivity tools and delivering on time with many stakeholders. Mindset: Entrepreneurial mindset, love challenges, welcome feedback, constantly learning, high adaptability, organization, autonomy. Languages: Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
