This is an ideal role for someone looking to kickstart their career in Tech sales and grow into an Account Executive and beyond.ResponsibilitiesProspect and generate leads: Research and identify potential customers within target markets using tools like LinkedIn, CRM databases, and other resourcesConduct outbound outreach: Use a combination of cold calling, emailing, and social media engagement to reach potential clientsQualify inbound and outbound leads: Assess prospect needs, pain points, and interest in our SaaS solutionSet appointments and demos: Work closely with Account Executives to schedule meetings with qualified leads to seamlessly transition qualified leads into the sales funnel for further engagementMaintain accurate records in the CRM system: Track all outreach activity, conversations, and outcomesStay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends: Articulate our value proposition clearly to prospectsCollaborate with Marketing and Sales: Provide feedback on lead quality, messaging effectiveness, and campaign performanceParticipate in regular team meetings, providing insights from your prospecting efforts and contributing to the refinement of sales strategiesQualifications1+ year of experience in a telesales, sales, business development, or customer-facing role (SaaS experience preferred but not required)Proven results in a fast-paced environment; ability to handle volume and stay organizedStrong communication skills: Exceptional written and verbal skills with a confident phone presenceGoal-driven and self-motivated: A competitive spirit with a drive to exceed targetsAbility to handle rejection and persistently pursue new leads in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement toolsExcellent organizational and time management skillsWhat you will find working at INFINITCompetitive Salary and Equity: We offer highly competitive salaries and a stake in our success with share options because we're building this together.Diverse and Inclusive Team: Join a dynamic and international team in excess of 8 nationalities.
