Nous recherchons un(e) **Business Development Representative** motivé(e) et orienté(e) résultats, prêt(e) à évoluer dans un environnement international stimulant, au sein d’une entreprise en forte croissance.

**Votre rôle**:
En tant que BDR, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le développement de l’activité commerciale. Votre mission principale consistera à **identifier, contacter et qualifier des prospects B2B**, dans l’objectif de générer des opportunités commerciales pour les équipes Sales.

**Vos responsabilités**:

- Identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales en prospection outbound.
- Qualifier les leads et organiser des rendez-vous de présentation.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes commerciales pour assurer un passage fluide des opportunités.
- Suivre les tendances marché en restant en contact avec un réseau de partenaires.
- Gérer efficacement un volume important de leads avec une bonne stratégie de priorisation.

**Profil recherché**:

- Excellente communication en **français et en anglais** (écrit et oral - niveau C1 minimum requis).
- Formation commerciale ou vente (BTS, DUT, école de commerce).
- Une **première expérience en vente B2B** (minimum 2 ans).
- Capacité à dialoguer avec des interlocuteurs de haut niveau.
- Maîtrise d’un CRM : un atout.
- Autonomie, rigueur et sens de l’organisation.
