We are seeking a Financial Transformation leader to lead the transformation of our finance function and drive improvements across systems, processes, and reporting. This is a pivotal role for a tech‑driven organization looking to scale efficiently and enhance operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Oversee all financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Lead the redesign and optimization of finance systems and processes to support growth. Implement robust controls and reporting frameworks for better decision‑making. Partner with senior leadership to deliver strategic change initiatives. Drive automation and digital transformation within the finance function. About You Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong technical expertise. Background in Big4 / Practice is preferred. Proven experience in financial control within a fast‑paced tech or services environment. Track record of leading transformation projects and implementing new systems. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
