With a growing international presence, they are now looking to expand into the French market and are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to spearhead this exciting venture. ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities within the French furniture and interiors market.Conduct cold calls, follow-ups, and outreach to potential customers to introduce products and services.Arrange and attend meetings (virtual or on-site) to present product offerings and maintain client relationships.Build and manage a sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-through on leads and prospects.Provide market feedback to the management team to help shape strategies for growth in France.Meet monthly sales activity targets and contribute to overall revenue goals. About RepserveAt Repserve, we provide experienced sales professionals to international companies on a shared-time basis, enabling businesses to enter new markets or expand within existing ones with cost efficiency and flexibility.Each of our Sales Representatives works with a maximum of three non-competing clients, ensuring dedicated focus and exceptional service. While they respond promptly to all calls and emails, they manage their on-the-ground client time according to the agreed allocation.For this opportunity, the role will require a 50%-time commitment, equivalent to 80 hours of your time per month and offers a monthly salary of (USD) $2,240 plus commission.Repserve will reimburse standard day-to-day business expenses, including fuel, parking, tolls, and mobile call charges, in accordance with company policy. Larger costs such as international travel, accommodation, or significant client entertainment will require prior approval from the client.In addition to the base salary, the client is encouraged to offer a performance-based sales commission, with the specific commission structure to be discussed and mutually agreed between you and the client. QualificationsFluent in French and English (written and spoken).Minimum 3 years of experience in furniture, interiors, or related industries.Strong sales skills with proven ability in cold-calling, lead generation, and client relationship management.Valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle for client visits.Own working tools, including a laptop and mobile phone.Ability to dedicate 80 hours per month with flexible scheduling to accommodate customer needs.
