Head of CRM 📍 Montpellier area (Remote possible) 📌 Industry : Education Technology / Digital Learning About the Role We are looking for a Head of CRM to design, structure, and lead a high-impact CRM strategy built on Salesforce. This role combines strategy, execution, and leadership, integrating advanced AI-driven marketing practices such as predictive segmentation, scoring, dynamic personalization, and intelligent automation. This is a true build & run position: you will establish the CRM foundations (processes, tools, segmentation, dashboards) and oversee daily execution in close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Tech teams. The role reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. Key Responsibilities CRM Strategy & Salesforce Governance Define an omnichannel CRM vision (Sales Cloud & Marketing Cloud) aligned with conversion, engagement, and learner lifetime value objectives. Design and orchestrate automated customer journeys from lead to learner (email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, calls). Own the Salesforce roadmap: architecture, integrations, automation, and data governance. Leverage Salesforce native AI capabilities (Einstein, GPT) to enhance personalization and performance. Performance & Optimization Build CRM dashboards tracking cohort conversion, engagement, deliverability, lifetime value, churn, and NPS. Scale A / B testing, automation scenarios, and scoring models. Ensure data quality, hygiene, tracking accuracy, and GDPR compliance. Define CRM SLAs and performance KPIs. Leadership & Delivery Lead and develop a team of 4–5 (CRM project managers, commercial activation, data / tech profiles). Oversee campaign delivery in coordination with marketing, sales, and content teams. Manage CRM and MarTech partners (agencies, Salesforce integrators). Act as the internal expert on CRM and AI best practices. Profile Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Data, Engineering, or equivalent. 8–12 years’ experience working with large-scale CRM platforms (1M+ contacts), including at least 5 years on Salesforce (Sales & Marketing Cloud). Proven experience designing and scaling CRM stacks (architecture, automation, reporting, integrations). Ability to balance operational execution with ambitious transformation projects. Strong knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools (predictive scoring, recommendation engines, generative AI). Hands‑on leader with strong business acumen. Il s’agit d’un rĂŽle build & run : vous posez les fondations (processus, outils, segmentation, dashboards) et pilotez leur exĂ©cution quotidienne en lien Ă©troit avec les Ă©quipes Marketing, Sales et Tech. Le poste est directement rattachĂ© au CMO. Missions principales StratĂ©gie CRM & Gouvernance Salesforce DĂ©finir une vision CRM omnicanale (Sales Cloud & Marketing Cloud) alignĂ©e avec les objectifs de conversion, d’engagement et de valeur vie apprenant. Concevoir et orchestrer les parcours automatisĂ©s du lead Ă  l’apprenant (email, SMS, WhatsApp, push, appels). Piloter la roadmap Salesforce : architecture, intĂ©grations, automatisations et gouvernance des donnĂ©es. Exploiter les fonctionnalitĂ©s IA natives de Salesforce (Einstein, GPT) pour renforcer la performance et la personnalisation. Pilotage & Performance Mettre en place les dashboards CRM : conversion par cohorte, engagement, dĂ©livrabilitĂ©, LTV, churn, NPS. Industrialiser les A / B tests, scĂ©narios automatisĂ©s et modĂšles de scoring. Garantir la qualitĂ©, la fiabilitĂ© et la conformitĂ© des donnĂ©es (RGPD). DĂ©finir les SLA et KPIs de performance relationnelle. Leadership & Delivery Manager et faire monter en compĂ©tence une Ă©quipe de 4 Ă  5 personnes (CRM, data, activation commerciale). Superviser le delivery des campagnes avec les Ă©quipes marketing, sales et contenu. Piloter les partenaires CRM / MarTech (agences, intĂ©grateurs Salesforce). Être la rĂ©fĂ©rence interne sur les bonnes pratiques CRM et IA. Profil recherchĂ© Bac+5 en marketing digital, data, ingĂ©nierie ou Ă©quivalent. 8 Ă  12 ans d’expĂ©rience sur des CRM Ă  grande Ă©chelle (1M+ contacts), dont au moins 5 ans sur Salesforce. Expertise en structuration de stack CRM (architecture, automatisation, reporting, intĂ©grations). CapacitĂ© Ă  gĂ©rer le run tout en menant des projets de transformation ambitieux.
