**Job Description**:
Main objectives:
- Responsible for CRM strategy and integration across digital platforms
- Nurture relationships with new prospects and existing customers, for
- upsell/cross-sell opportunities and to demonstrate ROI
- Implementation and execution of D2B campaigns
- scope of Work : All brands in selected markets
Major areas of accountability:
- Responsible for customer data quality including accuracy, relevance, completeness and security of data across the organisation supported and aligned with CTPO and Service Lines.
- Nurture relationships with new prospects and existing customers, for upsell/cross-sell opportunities and to demonstrate ROI.
- CRM strategy and integration across digital platforms.
- Plan and manage contact strategies to support lead nurturing, conversion, cross-sell and up-sell. Also not forgetting alignements on retention and engagement with the retention Manager.
- Develop and manage multichannel communication programs, and identify added value communication strategies.
- Liaise closely with Audience Manager and Direct Sales (Campaign Manager and International Manager), engaging stakeholders to ensure the CRM Strategy and tools are fully embedded across all integrated campaigns, and ensure ROI is demonstrated.
- Plan data selection, segmentation and prepare life-cycle campaign lists. Ensure the systems can support data selection required.
- Embed CRM across the brand to improve loyalty and assess opportunities to increase sales
- Contribute to systems and processes documentation, design and customisation, configuration of CRM Systems.
**Internal and external relationships**:
- Internal : Marketing, IT, Purchase, Legal, Local markets
- External : Agencies, Google, Microsoft, Meta
**Qualifications**:
**Previous experience**:
- At least 5 years’ experience working in CRM in an international environment
- Proven experience in CRM (agency, consulting or within an International brand)
- Able to manage complex data and enjoy working in a project environment.
- Business and performances oriented
- Experience in management of a team (onsite and offsite)
- Recognized for strong interpersonal relationships and know how to work together with different teams.
**Education level / certificates**: Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
**Languages**:
- English & French: completely Fluent (working language)
- Spanish : really useful
**Computer skills and software used**:
- Comfortable in using Salesforce CRM tool, extremely proficient in Excel, and a good knowledge of digital tools and new technology (apps). Be comfortable with database workstream (structures, flows management), SQL is a plus
- Analytics tool such as Google Analytics
**Personal char**acteristics:
- Confident, with keen and proactive attitude
- Good reporting skills
- Strong management skills
- Organized, autonomous, good management of priorities
- A strong sense of initiative, creativity, innovation and risk taking
