Overview LXD – Learning Experience Designer – AI × EdTech (French fluent). Paradox, a global Operating System for Greatness, seeks a passionate designer to turn data‑driven, neuroscience‑backed concepts into cinematic, AI‑powered learning experiences. The role is full‑time and can be based in Dubai, Paris, Lisbon or fully remote. Responsibilities Own the learning design architecture: from system blueprint to final delivery. Design experience journeys that integrate protocols, adaptive AI loops and personalised content. Script learning scenarios, write copy, and create all educational assets (modules, assessments, prompts). Co‑craft courses with experts and top performers, translating their expertise into engaging, science‑based learning pathways. Research user needs and evaluate data to iteratively refine courses and AI conversations. Write and optimise prompt chains for AI agents, ensuring every interaction feels natural and transformative. Define and measure KPIs for transformation (completion, impact, retention) and drive continuous improvement. Maintain close collaboration with coaches, designers, engineers, and filmmakers to keep experiences cutting‑edge. Qualifications 3–6 years experience in Learning Design, Instructional Design or Experience Design within EdTech, coaching or transformational education. Proven record of delivering end‑to‑end digital learning solutions with measurable impact. Comfortable with AI tools and Figma; experience building or refining AI agents is a plus. Portfolio of cinematic or narrative‑rich courses, not just corporate training. Strong written communication in both French (native) and English (fluent). Ideal Candidate Traits Craft‑obsessed: delivers high‑quality work beyond standard hours, driven by outcomes. Excellent writing and editorial judgment; able to produce compelling content. Aesthetic sense: insists on a polished, engaging experience. User‑impact mindset: prioritises transformation over surface metrics. Critical thinker: turns vague problems into clear hypotheses, challenges assumptions, and iterates based on data. Digital and AI savvy, capable of building or learning AI‑agent workflows. Language Requirements French: native proficiency. English: fluent, able to hold detailed conversations and write comfortably.
