Job Description

The Field Sales Manager is responsible for developing their portfolio by:

  • Ensuring Customer Loyalty: Fostering strong relationships with premium accounts to meet customer needs and identify opportunities for additional sales.
  • Implementing Sales Methodology: Adhering to the Sidexa-SOLERA sales techniques acquired through training to drive sales growth.
  • Marketing Solutions: Effectively promoting Sidexa-SOLERA solutions and software-related services to customers and partners.
  • Representing the Company: Maintaining a positive company image and representing Solera at sales meetings, trade shows, forums, and conventions.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Demonstrating a strong interest in sales and negotiation to drive business growth.
