About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our team as Head of B2B Sales Blockchain. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, building strong relationships with key decision-makers in the Crypto industry
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and actionable insights to the executive team
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the blockchain or Crypto industry
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications, exceptional negotiation and communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals
  • Fluency in English is required, other languages are an added value
  • The role is based in Paris, with the possibility of working across Europe and traveling to Paris at least once a month
