Head of B2B Sales and Partnerships

A sales leadership role with a focus on Crypto & Blockchain. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications, as well as exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals
- Identify and engage with potential clients, building strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the Crypto industry
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and actionable insights to the executive team
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the blockchain or Crypto industry
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
- Fluency in English is required, other languages are an add-on
