BIOVIA specializes in providing comprehensive software solutions for scientific informatics that optimize scientific workflows and intellectual property management. Our clientele includes prominent pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and materials science organizations worldwide.
Team Overview:
The BIOVIA Strategic Sales team acts as subject matter experts within the Dassault Systèmes Life Science Engagement framework. This role necessitates collaboration across various departments to drive revenue growth and establish a robust market presence.
You will report directly to the Director of Solution Sales for the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with emerging market participants within the EMEA region
- Lead sales initiatives from initial customer engagement to final agreement
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives
- Work closely with internal teams to develop a strong sales pipeline
- Advocate for BIOVIA solutions to potential clients
- Support marketing initiatives and events
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and market demand
- Assist in the training and development of sales personnel
- Perform additional duties as required
Required Qualifications:
- Proactive sales approach with a talent for establishing new connections
- Understanding of biopharmaceutical research and development as well as life science methodologies
- Proven experience in software or service sales within the life sciences sector
- Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales goals
- Willingness to travel for business purposes
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Fluency in German, French, or Spanish is advantageous
