Job Description & Role responsibilities

The Partner Sales Manager – Strategic Account Manager is responsible for executing end-to-end joint engagements with partners, from lead generation to closure, to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives for SOLIDWORKS Korea.

  • Develop and implement mid- and long-term revenue growth strategies for strategic accounts.
  • Lead top-level executive relationships and manage the global ecosystem to support enterprise business transformation.
  • Be accountable for systematic engagement on value using a Business Consulting approach.
  • Foster trusted relationships with both customers and partners.
  • Co-create Marketing plans to generate Key Deal leads and support the sales effort.
  • Lead partners by example on selected Client & Deals.
  • Coach the partner through the sales process by adopting the Value Engagement as the consultative selling approach.
  • Build and develop trusted relationships at executive level and within all layers of client organization to ensure sustainable business for 3DS.
  • Provide an accurate forecast by managing the full year pipeline of strategic accounts.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in selling software and/or cloud solutions, preferably within the technology or engineering sectors.
  • Over 8 years of experience selling software solutions to clients with a partner channel.
  • Experience in managing direct and indirect business.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Korean and English.
