As a Channel Sales Manager in Seoul, Korea, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and business expansion for SOLIDWORKS Korea. We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our strategic account management efforts and develop key deals through a consultative selling approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute mid- to long-term revenue growth strategies for strategic accounts.
  • Lead top-level executive relationships and manage the global ecosystem to support enterprise business transformation.
  • Be accountable for systematic engagement on value using a business consulting approach.
  • Foster trusted relationships with both customers and partners.
  • Co-create marketing plans to generate key deal leads and support sales efforts.
  • Lead partners by example on selected client and deals.
  • Coach partners through the sales process by adopting a value engagement as the consultative selling approach.
  • Build and develop trusted relationships at executive levels and within all layers of client organizations to ensure sustainable business for Dassault Systèmes.
  • Provide accurate forecasts by managing full-year pipelines of strategic accounts.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in selling software and/or cloud solutions, preferably within the technology or engineering sectors.
  • Over 8 years of experience selling software solutions to clients with a partner channel.
  • Experience in managing direct and indirect business.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Korean and English.
