Enhance Customer Experience at Saint-Gobain Group
Within the Marketing and Development department, our Customer Experience team plays a crucial role in fostering a customer-centric culture. To support our colleagues in Saint-Gobain's activities, we emphasize the use and development of customer experience understanding and methodologies. By leveraging customer insights, we positively impact their experience and generate a tangible business impact.
In this context, we are seeking a Customer Experience Manager to strengthen our offer.
Your main tasks will be to:
- Apply customer experience methodologies to positively impact businesses in line with Saint-Gobain's strategy
- Support countries on all aspects of customer experience
- Animate and grow our customer experience community
- Collaborate with other SG central teams to integrate customer experience into their projects
Key Requirements
We are looking for a Customer Experience Manager with:
- 10 years' experience in sales or product management roles that exposed you to customers
- An experience within an industrial business for the construction markets will be a plus
Are you convinced that customer experience is a key issue for developing businesses and having a positive impact on customer loyalty? Do you have good communication and project management skills? Are you fluent in English and have an innovative, initiative, and team spirit?
This role will enable you to develop within the customer experience and digital marketing department, which belongs to the Marketing and Development group.
