Job Description

Goodays is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success department, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers achieve their business goals through the effective deployment and adoption of our Customer Experience Management platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in driving onboarding activities for SaaS solutions, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and excellent organizational skills. You will be responsible for working closely with customers to understand their needs, developing project plans, and ensuring the smooth integration of our solution.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with sales managers to close deals and writing Statements of Work to document Goodays engagement
  • Ensuring fulfillment of contracted deliverables and overall business value of the engagement
  • Providing deployment best practices to maximize customer success through workshops and recommendations
  • Maintaining regular communication with customers to keep them informed of progress, changes, or problems

Requirements
  • Strong experience in driving onboarding activities for SaaS solutions
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven experience working directly with customers
  • Ability to drive customer engagement and communicate effectively in an international environment
