Our Customer Experience department plays a vital role in fostering a customer-centric culture within the Marketing and Development department. To support our colleagues in Saint-Gobain's activities, we emphasize the use and development of customer experience understanding and methodologies. By leveraging customer insights, we aim to positively impact their experience and generate a tangible business impact.
In this context, we are seeking a Customer Experience Manager to strengthen our offer. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Applying customer experience methodologies to drive business growth in line with Saint-Gobain's strategy
- Supporting countries in all aspects of customer experience
- Animating and growing our customer experience community
- Collaborating with other SG central teams to integrate customer experience into their projects
Requirements
We are looking for a Customer Experience Manager with:
- 10 years' experience in sales or product management roles that exposed you to customers
- An experience within an industrial business for the construction markets will be a plus
Are you convinced that customer experience is a key driver for business development and customer loyalty? Do you have strategic thinking, results-driven approach, and excellent communication and project management skills? Are you fluent in English and have an innovative, initiative, and team spirit?
This role offers the opportunity to develop within the customer experience and digital marketing department, which belongs to the Marketing and Development group. Our team is made up of 4 people and one trainee per year for a period of 6 months.
