The Role

As a Client Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in onboarding Premium Publishers. You will have revenue targets and will be responsible for ensuring that PubMatic surpasses Publisher expectations while safeguarding their brand. Through proactive engagement and a consultative approach, you will deliver value to your accounts, acting as a strategic advisor and programmatic expert.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams for maximum impact and swift resolutions
  • Optimizing and analyzing performance to deliver value to the accounts
  • Traveling to client locations for regular strategic business review meetings
  • Maintaining daily communication with our premium publishers
  • Managing and nurturing trusting partnerships throughout the client lifecycle
  • Tracking and analyzing performance, utilizing original thought and analysis to identify opportunities and resolve escalations
  • Acting as a tactical contact for premium Publisher Clients to deliver value through recommendations and serve as a liaison for brand control and escalation management

Key Skills Required

  • Relevant experience in a client-facing role within the advertising sector
  • In-depth understanding of digital advertising and programmatic trading
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
  • Flexible, startup mindset
  • Ability to handle pressure and setbacks
  • Team-oriented approach
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Good understanding of technical solutions is a plus
  • Native French speaker
