Role Overview

The Client Engagement Manager is responsible for steering media strategies, planning, and executing campaigns that align with our clients' business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaboration with Sales: Partner with the sales team to conduct pre-sale research and prepare compelling pitches.
  • Education and Training: Provide insights into TikTok for Business offerings, engaging teams through informative sessions and comprehensive training materials.
  • Platform Adoption: Enhance the utilization of TikTok's auction platform and associated tools, offering continuous technical support and real-time analytics.
  • Data Analysis: Examine campaign performance metrics to deliver actionable business insights, simultaneously leveraging these insights to refine our advertising solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Conduct regular business reviews, fostering long-term, consultative relationships with clients in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Analytical Expertise: Showcase strong analytical skills and develop proficiency in TikTok's unique metrics, continuously evolving our approach to data-driven insights.
  • Account Management: Demonstrate a solid background in account management and performance within the digital marketing landscape.
  • Insight Identification: Utilize data analysis to uncover insights that evaluate campaign effectiveness.
