Position Overview

The Client Engagement Manager - France Netherlands Belgium Monaco (FNBM) plays a pivotal role in orchestrating strategies and executing both in-store and virtual client events. This position emphasizes the activation of new and existing client relationships, bespoke experiences, and personalized gestures. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, this individual will drive the overall client experience strategy to achieve key business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the EMEA Client Relations team and retail partners to execute local market events.
  • Innovate and implement creative initiatives to enhance store engagement during key moments, product launches, and special events.
  • Partner with corporate teams to uphold brand standards while supporting localized strategies.
  • Develop and lead a comprehensive client treatment strategy.
  • Design tailored client experiences based on segmentation and market objectives.
  • Foster cohesion across the region to enhance client interactions.
  • Support elevated client experience programs during significant events.
  • Act as the primary contact for concierge teams during events.
  • Continuously improve the end-to-end client experience while honoring the Tiffany brand ethos.
  • Oversee the client gifting program for various occasions and events.
  • Manage client gifting strategies and quantities to ensure timely gestures.
  • Maintain the client event calendar and oversee departmental budgeting.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 7+ years of experience in event coordination.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proactive problem solver with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in client relations and event management.
  • Fluency in English.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the luxury industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant IT tools.
  • Additional language skills.
  • Familiarity with the France, Benelux, and Monaco markets.
