Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Key Account Manager to join our team at METRO France. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive sales growth and expand our market share in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Development
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive sales growth and expand our market share in the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial plans and achieve sales targets.
  • Sales and Partnership Management
  • Manage and negotiate partnership agreements with key clients to drive revenue growth and expand our market share.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
  • Internal and External Communication
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build relationships and identify business opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform commercial strategies and drive business growth.
  • Activity and Performance Management
  • Develop and manage annual and quarterly roadmaps to drive sales growth and expand our market share.
  • Monitor and manage debt collection and ensure timely payment from clients.
  • Regularly report on commercial activity progress and sales performance to management.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in commercial development and sales management.
  • Strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and implement commercial strategies to drive sales growth and expand market share.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
