Position Overview

Reporting directly to the Regional Director, you will oversee a portfolio of significant regional clients. Your primary responsibilities will encompass:

  • Cultivating and sustaining relationships with key regional accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty through effective collaboration with operational teams.
  • Promoting profitable growth of Schindler's offerings through exemplary customer service and guidance.
  • Ensuring compliance with orders and managing collections efficiently.
  • Contributing to the formulation of the regional sales strategy and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Managing strategic tenders from commercial, technical, and administrative viewpoints.
  • Engaging in prospecting for strategic accounts within the region or on a national scale.
  • Collecting market intelligence to support comprehensive market analysis.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in industrial, construction, or service sectors, ideally within the elevator industry.
  • A brand ambassador with a strong customer-centric approach and a passion for achieving results.
  • Proactive, self-sufficient, organized, with outstanding interpersonal skills.
