Position Overview
Reporting directly to the Regional Director, you will oversee a portfolio of significant regional clients. Your primary responsibilities will encompass:
- Cultivating and sustaining relationships with key regional accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty through effective collaboration with operational teams.
- Promoting profitable growth of Schindler's offerings through exemplary customer service and guidance.
- Ensuring compliance with orders and managing collections efficiently.
- Contributing to the formulation of the regional sales strategy and identifying new business opportunities.
- Managing strategic tenders from commercial, technical, and administrative viewpoints.
- Engaging in prospecting for strategic accounts within the region or on a national scale.
- Collecting market intelligence to support comprehensive market analysis.
Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in industrial, construction, or service sectors, ideally within the elevator industry.
- A brand ambassador with a strong customer-centric approach and a passion for achieving results.
- Proactive, self-sufficient, organized, with outstanding interpersonal skills.
