Position Overview

As a Senior Global Account Executive at GroupM, you will play a pivotal role in managing a significant French global account within the financial services sector. This position offers a hybrid work environment, combining global account management with digital initiatives, and provides ample opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Global Communications Planning Director to devise comprehensive global strategies, frameworks, and guidelines.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis, including audience insights, research, and competitive intelligence, to formulate strategic media recommendations driven by consumer insights.
  • Work in tandem with local teams to ensure effective rollout and localization of global and regional campaigns.
  • Organize and lead country briefings, onboarding sessions, brainstorming meetings, and workshops.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with local teams to guarantee the successful implementation of campaigns.
  • Oversee the execution of communication plans, monitoring campaign progress at a global level while providing timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of media activities and collaborate with channel planners and traders.
  • Manage project timelines and drive insights from campaign learnings.
  • Foster productive relationships with the client's creative agency partner, ensuring that creative specifications are met and deadlines adhered to.
  • Handle media plan approvals, authorizations, and purchase order requests efficiently.
  • Prepare data for reporting and analysis, identifying key learnings and establishing best practices for both the internal team and the client.
  • Deliver all work with precision and timeliness.
  • Exhibit a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement in processes and outcomes.
  • Contribute to a collaborative environment that encourages new ideas and innovative thinking.

Candidate Profile:

  • 1-4 years of experience in digital media planning, with a robust understanding of ad operations and campaign execution.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret data and present optimization strategies clearly.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
  • Open-mindedness and a commitment to personal and professional growth.
  • Adaptability to change and responsiveness to evolving circumstances.
  • Fluency in both English and French, both written and spoken.
