Global Client Account Leader (Fixed Term)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Management: Ensures the delivery of service offerings to clients while managing the complete lifecycle of client accounts.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintains ownership of client relationships in accordance with the established relationship strategy.
  • Opportunity Identification: Actively seeks out and identifies potential for client development, including cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Commercial Oversight: Responsible for the seamless execution and profitability of client accounts.
  • Team Leadership: Inspires and directs the team to align with the client's objectives and organizational culture.
