Job Summary

Coty is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Paris. As a key member of our Growth Channels team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships with key accounts in the premium retail sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive sales and revenue growth in the premium retail sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including Monoprix and pharmacies, to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
  • Strong business development and sales skills, with a proven track record of driving business growth and increasing market share.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
