About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team at Uptoo. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including lawyers, accountants, and other business professionals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and optimize results
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting
  • Strong knowledge of sales methodologies and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
