Sales Growth Specialist

Hardis Group is on the lookout for a Sales Growth Specialist to contribute significantly to our expansion initiatives. In this role, you will engage with clients, uncover new business prospects, and collaborate closely with the Business Development Director.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and develop business opportunities through client interactions and strategic prospecting.
  • Oversee pre-sales processes and craft compelling commercial proposals.
  • Work alongside diverse teams to fulfill client requirements.
  • Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and foster trust-based relationships.
  • Assist in executing the commercial and marketing strategies.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications :

  • Degree in Business or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of proven success as a Sales Growth Specialist in a consulting firm.
  • Strong understanding of IT and consulting services.
  • Results-driven, self-sufficient, collaborative, resilient, with excellent interpersonal abilities.
