Regional Broadband Sales Director

About the Role
The Regional Broadband Sales Director will be responsible for driving business growth and development of Harmonic's Fiber/PON and Broadband Solutions in Southern and parts of Western Europe. This involves developing and maintaining relationships with senior-level business and technical executives, showcasing the benefits of deploying multi-gigabit services with Harmonic's Broadband solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop direct relationships with existing and new key accounts, identifying and closing new business opportunities.
- Manage and develop sales strategies for identified solutions, aligned with Harmonic's Go-To-Market model and strategy.
- Establish and develop relationships with Harmonic Resellers to cooperate on business opportunities.
- Develop and implement account and opportunity plans to support company goals and quota objectives.
- Align and prioritize efforts based on company target initiatives to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Report key information in a timely manner and bring visibility to the company with accurate forecasting.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in regional sales management and/or business development in the Fiber/PON and Broadband market sectors.
- Understanding of and ability to articulate the current strategic needs of Harmonic's customers.
- Significant market contacts, technical knowledge, and experience selling Broadband access solutions.
- Proven background in developing relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Experience in closing large technology deals.
