Regional Broadband Sales Director

About the Role

The Regional Broadband Sales Director will be responsible for driving business growth and development of Harmonic's Fiber/PON and Broadband Solutions in Southern and parts of Western Europe. This involves developing and maintaining relationships with senior-level business and technical executives, showcasing the benefits of deploying multi-gigabit services with Harmonic's Broadband solution.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop direct relationships with existing and new key accounts, identifying and closing new business opportunities.
  2. Manage and develop sales strategies for identified solutions, aligned with Harmonic's Go-To-Market model and strategy.
  3. Establish and develop relationships with Harmonic Resellers to cooperate on business opportunities.
  4. Develop and implement account and opportunity plans to support company goals and quota objectives.
  5. Align and prioritize efforts based on company target initiatives to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
  6. Report key information in a timely manner and bring visibility to the company with accurate forecasting.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in regional sales management and/or business development in the Fiber/PON and Broadband market sectors.
  • Understanding of and ability to articulate the current strategic needs of Harmonic's customers.
  • Significant market contacts, technical knowledge, and experience selling Broadband access solutions.
  • Proven background in developing relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Experience in closing large technology deals.
