Job Description

Harmonic is seeking a highly skilled Regional Broadband Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the Fiber/PON and Broadband Solutions markets in Southern and Western Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level business and technical executives in the region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, as well as grow existing accounts in the region.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product management, program management, and executive teams, to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the regional market, including customer needs, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates to the management team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in regional sales management and business development in the Fiber/PON and Broadband market sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the current strategic needs of Harmonic's customers in the region.
  • Significant market contacts, technical knowledge, and experience selling Broadband access solutions with key accounts in the region.
  • Proven ability to develop relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Experience in closing large technology deals.
  • Business acumen and analytics skills, including pipeline/forecast management and ability to articulate business cases.
  • Knowledge of strategic value propositions and ability to offer solutions and support geared toward substantive customer satisfaction levels.
Travel

50% or more travel required to meet the needs of the business.
