Job Title: Regional Sales Director

Gigamon, a leading provider of network visibility and analytics solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the France region.

Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the France region, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue growth and expansion in the France region
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and partners
  • Build and maintain a strong sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure sales success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the France market, including customer needs, trends, and competitor activity
  • Provide regular sales performance updates and insights to senior leadership
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of direct selling experience in the Networking or Network Security space
  • Advanced level of specialized knowledge, with record of sales success; expert in the field
  • Experience with SalesForce and disciplined around forecasting
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, CIS, or related field preferred
  • Background in sales engineering, or training in CS, IT, EE a plus
